 Choi Sang-hee, the first foreign minister of the North Korean Foreign Ministry, said today (22) "If the negotiations on the denuclearization of North Korea are broken, the responsibility should be entirely the responsibility of the United States."

 In a meeting with Foreign Minister Igor Gorgulov of the Asia-Pacific region in Russia at the Foreign Ministry's office building in Moscow today, Choi wound up and asked questions about the outcome of the meeting.

최선희 북한 외무성 제1부상은 오늘(22일) "미북 비핵화 협상이 결렬될 경우 그 책임은 전적으로 미국이 져야 한다"고 주장했다.

최 부상은 오늘 모스크바 시내 외무부 청사에서 이고리 모르굴로프 러시아 아태 지역 담당 외무차관과 회담한 뒤 청사를 나오며 회담 결과에 대한 질문을 받고 이같이 밝혔다.
