지난 7월경 노인센타에 입주한 <한국무용>도 노인센타 정문섭.박관일 두 놈이 입주 커미션(도네이션이라고 사기)3,000달러를 요구, 불법으로 받았다.

2011년 7월6일 노인센타에 입주한 <해피 라인댄스>도 노인센타 강당 하루 1시간 사용조건 한달 비용 1000달러 조건 외 입주 기념 도네이션 3,000달러를 요구, 입주자로 부터 불법으로 수령.(아파트 입주 때 커미션 주듯이. 이 같은 불법행위가 노인센타 입주때 부터 오늘까지 시작 판단)
